Provide early and appropriate assessment, placement, and post care management for patients requiring access via a peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC).

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum of two years experience as a professional nurse in a clinical setting required.

* Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required.

* Demonstrated effective communication skills required.

* Ability to demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and flexibility required.

* Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska or current compact state license required. Basic Life Support certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree preferred.

* Prior PICC experience preferred.

* High level skills in critical thinking and assessment related to vascular access device selection preferred.
